At TPH - Platinum Holiday Week, what you are expected to do:

CHOOSE YOUR HOLIDAY SEASON PLAN, PICK & CHOOSE THE PERFECT PROPERTY OPTION YOU WANT TO STAY ON, AND HOLIDAY YOUR WAY ON BEST LOCATIONS ON BEST RATES & HOSPITALITY.

Membership Card:

One has to become a permanent member of “TPH - Platinum Holiday Week” keeping in aspect the holidaying season one  want to avail to suit to their budget. Membership can be sold back to the company or transferred to friends & relatives or to another customer after seeking approval from the firm, if one is not happy with the hospitality extended by group. Membership Card will be issued with personal id no., you have to produce it when you holiday with us.

As a member, holidaying with your family becomes a habit you can’t do without. With 7 days of awesomeness at your disposal, every year for 5/10/15 years, it’s only natural.

HOLIDAYING SEASON

Every Holidaying Year has been divided into Three seasons

RED SEASON, PURPLE SEASON & BLUE SEASON

While becoming member one has to choose which property the member is interested in staying at holiday destinations depending on the nomenclature & size of property ( Studio suite or Service Apartment – One bhk or Two bhk )

Every member has to also opt for the season they are interested in holidaying

Membership period too has to be chosen between 5/10/15 years.

Membership fee is variable and depends on all three above mentioned parameters; one shall choose the option after understanding the table from our marketing support staff.

Members can proceed on holidays only after two months from the date of issuance of Membership Card. Membership Card is issued after clearance of Payment of First installment of Membership Fee. Every member will be duly informed.


PLAN AHEAD & GET TOGETHER

To keep things exciting & new, we keep looking for new travel destinations & new properties so that you never run out of options and explore new travel destinations year after year. We want you to enjoy these destinations by spending time with your friends & extended family. That is why we make it a point to ensure you enjoy the country site while staying in the perfect property you opted for. All you have to do is inform us at the earliest & plan ahead in advance. You can holiday anytime you want, that is why we give you the convenience of booking throughout the year or even as late as a week before you holiday.


GIFT A HOLIDAY

You can treat your friends or relatives too. You can go ahead and gift your holiday week to anyone you please. However gifting is allowed partially or complete holiday week, your guest will have to carry a valid photo ID, an authorization letter from you while checking-in. We want you to intimate us in advance info about the friend or relative whom you have gifted your holiday week. A maximum of 4 bookings only can be done in a calendar year. Do take care to read the authorization letter carefully before you sign in to prevent any misuse of membership or property.


MAXIMUM FLEXIBILITY FOR MAXIMUM FUN

 We know your holiday needs can change from time to time. You may want to holiday in a different season altogether. Keeping this in mind we offer flexible holiday feature that gives you access to seasons and property outside your plan. You might need a smaller property on one holiday. Through holiday conversion chart you can book holidays in any season on property of your choice.

You can extend the holidays beyond 7 nights by two ways – you can use the nights accumulated from the previous year or you can switch over to property of lower category or you can holiday in a season lower to your entitlement.


WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU CAN’T TAKE A HOLIDAY IN A PARTICULAR YEAR

What you miss out on now, you can always enjoy later. If you have not used your entitlement     (wholly or partially), do not worry. It will be carried over to the next year. However at no point in time can your entitlement period exceed 21 nights for fifteen year membership plan. However this facility gets applicable only from second year onwards. In first year one has to exhaust his entitlements. 


ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION FEE

We strive to grow bigger and give you better holiday experiences. Cultural program, indoor sports are also incorporated to keep you engaged.

 We need your help too. ASF is also used for maintenance of our properties besides above mentioned feature. ASF is likely to increase annually based on inflation rates and the increase is based on weighted average inflation worked on the basis of Consumer Price Index (CPI) & Wholesale price Index (WPI).


MEMBERSHIP UPGRADATION

 Members can always upgrade their entitlements to upper level at any point of time within their allocated time span.

Blue season member can upgrade themselves to Purple season membership scheme or to Red season membership scheme.

 All payments cleared by the member under allocated season membership scheme shall be adjusted as advance towards outstanding of upgraded membership season scheme.
